unwanted ties?don't grab the scissors

I'm finally almost done with high school, just have to go to the actual graduating ceremony this thursday :) I'll be going to spring arbor university to major in art education and minor in spanish. I realize that i don't totally want to cut all my ties to my high school. I've hated the whole little town where i live since i moved here(around 4th grade) and haven't participated by choice in any school things until my sophomore year; now i want to keep a tie/string (all it what you will) with this pathetic, annoying, terrible choice of colors and name, school full of many fond memories. I will update this blog once in a while with any artwork i think necessary along with photos conceived from my attempts at photography :) starting with many photos from this year and ending with my trip to grand haven last friday after i finally finished my exams.enjoy!

that's one droopy little leaf...

this little guy looks like he could stand up to any lawnmower or weed killer you send his way

i love this flower..and my whole hanging plant of them :)

my friend had this great idea to sprinkle sand on the spiderwebs to make then more visible, she's so smart :)

these i didn't have to sprinkle, the fog did it for me

this is a reporter for some newspaper, i creeped on him :)

i found the sun that fell out of the sky that foggy day :)

the beach photos were all taken the day before the kite festival so this is one of the fliers there practicing his routine
